She has a particular focus on intellectual property disputes in particular those involving patents, trade marks, copyright, and design rights. She also advises on domain name and social media disputes.

Bringing in-house experience from a leading UK renewables developer, James specialises in clean energy and real estate development. He advises generators and offtakers on project rights, site assembly, and acquisitions. He also has experience in strategic land and real estate finance, having acted for landowners, developers, and funders.

He specialises in contractual disputes, professional negligence, and insolvency proceedings, and brings valuable experience of working closely with in house legal teams. Ali began her career as a corporate lawyer before moving in‑house, working across both the private and public sectors in senior legal and commercial roles instructing external legal counsel. She later returned to professional services, transitioning into marketing and client development, where she now focuses bringing the client voice directly into the business.
